I was searching for Crankshaft and found Seattle PI site. But before I had to search for Elderberries and found this one. Lucky me I live central Cal. and half of the team for Zits and Baby Blues lives near here and the local paper carries them!
I read 12 comics over there every day (seldom comment though). That’s the only place I see them all currently without paying (and sorted to 3 pages). Besides Zits, I read 6 Chix, Tina’s Groove, Baby Blues, Between Friends and some others that aren’t on GoComics.
Yes – mostly local newspapers set up on their sites (but they don’t find them important enough to maintain w/o $). That’s why I go to the one I currently use because I have my pages set up and for now they’re working (used to have them in local AZ paper). And I DID get the joke about Ben’s existence!
i feel bad for ben.the comics are the best part of a newspaper.thank god for the internet! before having a computer,i had to buy at least 2 newspapers everyday.just think of all the money we’re saving by reading stuff online for free.i miss tundra and the far side.those strips should be on this site.

I feel for you Ben. It happened to me too. But then I found this great site on my computer. Now I only miss Zits and Crankshaft.

I feel the same way. FYI ncalifgirl you can find Zits, Crankshaft, Beetle Bailey, Hi and Lois and Hagar the Horrible on arcamax.com

Ben’s very existence does depend on it. He only lives in this comic strip.

Check out this link to the Seattle Times site. It has both Crankshaft and Zits:
