Well, fellows, there are some things we just don’t need to understand.

I admire Madeline. Firm yet loving. Alice needs to have some limits set by Mom. Dill is either an enabler, a philosopher, or very strange….

I like Dill’s last remark

Dill is too young to have taken a physics class. The obvious answer is “gravity”!

Or Who put the bomp In the bomp bah bomp bah bomp?

Or why, when people run off a cliff, they hang in mid-air for a few seconds before falling!

Yeah, Alice! You just needed a better topic!

And 16-ton weights too, Dill. Also, when a pie gets thrown, it always hits someone in the face(except Tony Curtis); or when an object like a hammer or a coconut accidentally flies through the air, it always lands on someone’s head with a sound like a perfectly tuned bell?Answer: Because it’s funny.

Or why, when people run away from home, they put their belongings in a handkerchief tied to the end of a stick?

I read once where goats like the glue under the labels on the cans. That’s what they eat, not the can. The problem with reading a lot of trivia/obscure fact books is I can often remember stuff like that, but can rarely remember where I read it.

Dill is so awesome!
