Here’s an interesting bit of info. I was trying to get around this e-mail I’ve been getting trying to get me to “go pro” for these comics, meaning pay for them instead of getting my one free daily Tarzan. So, I put in Tarzan in the search box and it came back with both the English and Spanish versions of the strip. But the Spanish version is still on the storyline where Tarzan is trapped in the tank and taking out those bad Arabs with the tank’s machine gun. So if you REALLY like reruns, catch the Tarzan strip in Spanish. (I guess it takes them a couple months to translate the English into Spanish!)
Just a guess, the woman in the river is fleeing whatever is going on in the compound back by the anti-aircraft gun.-If she’s been by the river for any length of time, she knows about the carnivores. But it would seem she’s less frightened by the thought of being eaten, than by whatever is happening in the compound.
Tarzan will kill the crocodile and make Jane (remember Jane?) a nice, tight-fitting crocodile jungle outfit with matching shoes and handbag when this is over. I wonder if that blonde swimming in the river is clothed……:)> KidFriendlyTarzanAGowa!!

Oddly, there’s only one croc. Seems reasonable to suppose the river would support more.
