When my high school class had its 40th, there was only one guy they simply could not find. And these days, that’s saying something. My theory is that he legally changed his name or ended up under a parking lot somewhere. And no, I’ve never been and never intend to. And as for college reunions, out of a thousand or more people in a graduating class, how many people that you know, whom you lost touch with, are going to show up?
I wish I could lose my alma mater. It seems that no matter where I move they track me down and want me to donate to their foundation. I keep threatening to go there and ask for my diploma since they show me as being a member of the class of ’67 when I left school(was asked) at the end of my sophomore year ! ! !

Think it was a long time ago that the back story for the Perfesser was that he had a degree in dirigible engineering from Rutgers.

25th anniversary reunion next year for me. I’ll almost certainly not go.

Good to see him called the Perfesser. It’s still funnier than Cosmo.

Mine sent mail to the wrong place for 25 years. They finally found me when I needed a transcript for a professional certificate.

I’ve worked at my alma mater for 40 years — no fooling them!

Maybe under-the-parking-lot guy is part of the School Reunion Avoiders’ Protection Program.
