Heavy metal band Hatebreak, from Baltimore, who released records in the 2000's, featured an African gray parrot on lead vocals! The Spanish fly is a buster beetle- when threatened or crushed, it releases a skin blistering irritant so powerful that it is used as an anti-wart agent. In June 2013, Masahito Yoshida completed a nearly 25,000 mile walk around the world which he began in 2009, starting and finishing in Shanghai, China.

I would have migraine listening to Hatebeak. I’d also hate to step on the Spanish fly barefoot (even though I have no warts). As for Masahito-san’s journey, that’s quite a journey!

I have absolutely no problem believing the Grey bit. Our Grey’s vocabulary, mimicing and singing ability is better than most human’s. Her cellphone ring tone will have you wondering what’s wrong with yours and you’ll often ignore it because you think it’s just her.
