It’s amazing that pretty much all of this has actually come to pass, even the idea of fox hunting in a car (somebody actually tried it). lol

Just think when Long Island had enough open space to do a fox hunt.

The the prediction that came closest to reality was, of course, the one at top left. Tanks and armored cars would render horse-mounted Cavalry obsolete as a first-line combat arm (though they’d still be used in both the Logistics/transport and Reconaissance roles) by the end of the Blitzkrieg in Poland at the beginning of World War II — almost exactly 40 years later!

Sigh. I’ve now read them all. Best strip on GoComics.
