Buzzzzzzzzz Bumblebees can buzz without flying- the noise is generated by their wing muscles as they vibrate to shake pollen from flowers. American company Baby Bangs sells wigs for newborn babies! The hagfish has a skull, but no spine, and can tie itself in knots to remove the skin slime that it uses to deter predators.

The noise that bees makes is made by the passage of air through it spiracles, not their wing muscles at all.

That wig was not made for newborn babies, it was made for the idiotic parents who feel that the infant is missing something really important. The baby could care less about that darn wig. Btw, is that the best illustration of a NEWBORN baby Ripley’s can conjure up? Newborn indeed!

I knit caps too, and I agree. My mom’s cousin, though.. when she was a baby, she had fine hair, so her mom would tape (yes, tape) a bow to her head so people would know she was a girl.
