That seldom-used control on the remote that says “off.” Now would be a good time to see what it does.

We got rid of Direct TV almost 2 years ago. All we have is an antenna, so therefore we only get local stations. We have a few shows we like during the fall season, but otherwise our television is off most of the day. We don’t watch any day time tv. And yes we like to read, real books!
The only “reality” tv show we watch is the Amazing Race.
