    When you hit your 50th birthday, you’re officially old. The body begins to fall apart. Aches and pains suddenly become part of life.

    71 here and still very fit and active. No pains here and definitely not falling apart! As the saying goes, “use it or lose it”.

    Yep, exercised all my life, when I hit 50, the parts starting wearing out. Knees, hips, feet, wrists, arthritis, etc., like the dr says, you only have so many miles you can go without breaking down.
