Yep, exercised all my life, when I hit 50, the parts starting wearing out. Knees, hips, feet, wrists, arthritis, etc., like the dr says, you only have so many miles you can go without breaking down.

When you hit your 50th birthday, you’re officially old. The body begins to fall apart. Aches and pains suddenly become part of life.
