Joe should wake up, and beat Frank mercilessly with papa’s cane. He should then tell Frank he did it for a joke.

Kind Fido is looking at the cat on the mat. Mean Snap is looking at me!!!

Frank shoulda sent Snap in to wake up Joe. (plausible deniability, now that’s a joke.)
