Christmas is 8 weeks long kid!
Santa is the biggest merchandising turkey there is, kid.
They were putting out Christmas Trees in late September at the local Lowe’s. I would say it’s at least 12 weeks long.
I was at Walmart a few weeks ago and heard Christmas music. I couldn’t believe it.
We’ve started avoiding any stores that start with the Christmas schlock before Thanksgiving. Plenty of other places to get stuff.
Let’s see…. Halloween, (though not really a holiday). Thanksgiving, then Christmas. (or Winter Holiday to be PC). Seems to me they ALL involve turkeys. Namely those of us that buy all that junk.
“We wish you a merry Christmas and please buy our beer!”Stan Freeberg is due for a return. :-)
@jmcx4You mean the hundreds of millions of people who have celebrated Halloween for all these decades weren’t “really” celebrating a holiday?
The K -MART here started playing Christmas music before Halloween.
Actually, Walmart had one section with Halloween stuff and one aisle over was Christmas stuff! They didn’t even wait until Halloween was over! :/
