That is a tradition that needs to go, my front door for the last 5 years has had a missing paint spot from eggs and I even hand out candy. It will never be repainted, unless the police catch who did it and make them repaint it…har har har…so my neighbors can look at it everytime they drive down the street and they can complain all they want to the city and such, but I will never repaint it. Not because I don’t want to, but I simply can’t afford the paint.
