Poncho: Mooch
Carmen: Chazz, don't use the vacuum to scare the dog.
Chazz: Why not?
Carmen: Because, it teaches him that you can use fear as a form of communication.
I’ve taught my dogs “Go Away”. They eventually learn that they are not supposed to look at you. They are supposed to back off and turn their head away.
Have no clue how I’ve taught them but it seems to have worked. Guess it’s the stern voice. I now don’t have dogs watch me eat. Man that’s awful. And sad. But they usually get something at the end of the meal for being such a good dog. :)

“Fear as a form of communication.” I’m going to work that into my conversation somehow. Well done, sir.
