Actually, I’ve heard that some of those “pickers” have very limited time to retrieve things in a big warehouse. I’m glad they don’t send tickets for retrieval until the order is placed and approved.Amazon does a good job of making process invisible to the customer tho’.

There must be a really big cart somewhere with all the items in mine saved for later, one day I’ll go through and remove them
