How much ya wanna bet Wiley tried to sell or sold his house recently? Thinkin’ wild here, eh?…..I still think Victoria is going to be in the strip more…..And this plot would be a cool way of bringing her back….But Miller’s being a little inscrutable here, bless his heart………..

That’s all Helga ever wanted, and now it’s gone.

Joe hasn’t discussed his plan to move to Florida with Victoria, Danae or Kate…he is going to pay dearly for this lapse in good sense and all because he let Bob psych him out.

1 cat is fine…..2 cats mark(even altered females). You have to pull up carpet, move out all furniture, completely clean with strong cleaner and then repaint. That just might get rid of the smell.

All houses have some mold. Anyone who gives you a report saying your house is mold-free is a fraud. However, high levels of mold do generate levels of neurotoxic compounds.

No real estate agent would bring in an inspector who would utter the word “mold” aloud.

I hate buyers like that. We sold a house in a historic neighborhood when it was all the rage for yuppies to buy “ficer-uppers”. But they were too shallow to see that as structurally sound house with updated plumbing and safe wiring was a good buy. They complained about the paint and floors. Fixer-uppers my eye.

I once lived in a garden level apartment for 6 years …..all the while hearing promise after promise from the land lord that the mold issue would be corrected….never happened….as a matter of fact he blamed me for the leaky window in the bedroom and withheld my deposit for clean up!
