current temp here is -15 fahrenheit…am visiting Ruth in Rockford…shame on me!…I could have picked a much less icy cold time to visit ….sigh…wind chill is – 30…I am curious as to what that is in celcius, but if I knew it would probably just depress us…lol…I had posted this earlier with a pic attached to it, of a cat standing on its hind legs, looking over a snow bank with a caption saying “well, excrement”,(but more plainly) but then I deleted it because I dont want you guys to have to write in to get me unbanned too…lol…

Andy rests well. It’s one of his talents.

Man, that’s B-RRR-rrrrr cold.

It was good to see you on Ballard Street yesterday. I hardly ever visit there either. Only when somebody I know has a birthday.

I prefer Andy Capp to be honest. It’s the coolest place on GoComics. It might not be as busy as Ballard Street but it’s fine the way it is.

I hope your weekend has got off to a great start.

hey we have made it up to 2 below zero, and it feels almost tropical…NOT!!…ah well, hope the wine holds out longer than the cold temps do…although, I doubt it, and besides, we have mini marshmallows and Nestles Quik and are not afraid to use them!

this one, (Flo and Ruby moving the couch Andy is sleeping on) is the epitome of Smythe’s genius! It doesnt get clearer, more concise, or funnier!

If someone who is not technologically challenged would do so, I would appreciate your posting my avatar at a viewable size. It is entitled, “How Ice Cream Cones are Made”….lol…a great Winter Avatar imho….

and right now hot chocolate with those mini marshmallows are tasting pretty dang good! After 1 glass with our salad with both agreed it just wasnt tasting right…maybe the mood, maybe the cold, maybe it was just a cocoa kind of night…but the marshmallows are good!
