Big Nate by Lincoln Peirce for February 27, 1994
Transcript:
woman: Class, by today you were to have read the first five chapters of "A Tale of Two Cities." What did you learn in those chapters? Nate? Nate: Well...It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...that pretty much says it all. What does that mean, you ask? Basically, it means that times were good, but they also were bad. Or, to put it another way: for some people, things might be going good, but for other people, things might be going bad. Like, at one moment, someone might be experiencing the best of times, and the next moment it might be...um...Siiiiiigh...the worst of times.
