The tree is fine. It's the house that's crooked.
I bet we’ve all had a tree like that. No matter how hard you try it just doesn’t look straight and we give up fiddling with it.

Oh, the misapplication of a good tool. That edge is vertical however that is not the desired effect, it should be equally crooked as the other side or just stick the level inside the tree along the trunk.
I always loved a tree with a flat side. Fits up against the wall better…

I, too, have a tree that’s plumb on the right side.
He hasn’t the class in ’plane and solid geomitry ’ yet has he?
The house actually may be tilted. Get a load of how the curtains on the left fall!
