I was told, stamp on two plants and one survives – that one is the weed. Weeds have a greater determination to live.

I once heard a lawn & garden guy say on the radio “A weed is just a flower we haven’t yet learned to appreciate”.

My theory is that a weed is ANY plant that grows without an invitation. :D
