I learned the hard way never to leave any paper out for the dog(or dogs) to get at. They seem to be obsessed with paper. Red didn’t have to help Rover eat his homework. I have witnessed dogs eat paper napkins, toilet paper, kleenex, and even the occasional cheap paper plate, I had a friend whose dog ate her paycheck, and ate one of her grandkids’ homework. Never ever put paper where a dog can reach it. lol
When Barty was a puppy he ate half of the school envelope I was supposed to use to send lunch money. I paper clipped a check to the half envelope with a note explaining that his dog really did eat it and we needed a new one. She got a real laugh out of that.
Oh, YUCK!!! Well, Red Is telling the truth…albeit bending it just a “little bit.” I can relate to Red and his homework…many was the time I wished my homework assignments would just disappear! ;)
