I thought I would share a couple of cartoons I did for a local mail handlers magazine back in the eighties. the second one references a popular Larry Bird and I think Magic Johnson commercial where they were predicting their shots at the basket from far off, ending them with ‘nothing but net’I don’t even remember what the commercial was attempting to sell

My boss is telling me he’s getting snow where he is. He lives close to me and is staying home. I’m not that far away and am getting a very cold rain. I’m heading home after lunch.

Pete Seeger was 94 years old.

Time to start drinking bottled water, I’d say!

Shika had meetings all day. Just got back to the office. Too late to work, boss is still at another meeting so I might as well catch up here. Got a good, free meal out of it! And saw folks from across the state I usually only get to talk to over the phone.

We have terrific drinking water here. We used to get it from the creek behind our house, but that got scarce in August and September. Now we get it from our lake. Still very good, but the creek water was better.

Wait…Where’d the jack rabbit come from?

I loved the cartoon the first time, and still do ELDO!
