OH NO, not the mashed potatoes, that’s one of the best parts. Throw the cranberries, those I can live without, but they are good too. Everything about Thanksgiving is good.I’m getting hungry again.

I’m good now! Had Corned beef hash and eggs with fried potatoes for breakfast. Was going to bring some back for everybody, but this is the best I could do:

So I’ve had a bookshelf project on the back burner for well over a year now. I decided “the hell with it” I’m not going to get around to any serious carpentry.I don’t have the time, and quite frankly, I don’t have the inclination.What I DO have is thirteen shelves. Seven long, and six short.I can do the bookcase with those cloverleaf cinder block. Its serviceable. So I went looking for cloverleaf cinder block. I found FIVE in Lincoln City. Two at the Re-Store and three at a lumber yard.Crap.So I went off doing some other stuff and decided to go check out an “Antique Mall/Second Hand” place. I’m sooo glad I did. Look at what I found.I’ve got what I need for the seven long boards, and the person that is selling them still has twelve more that I can go back for later, if I can get back in time.The problem with that is, my phone has a charging problem. I may be forced to go after a new phone soon.
