A college student drove his ratty, raggedy old car into the mechanicâs shop, needing some repair advice for his jalopy.
The mechanic looked at it for a couple of minutes and said, âWhat you really need is the radiator cap solution.â
âOh,â said the student, trying not to sound too confused, âDo you mean the radiator cap isnât holding enough pressure?â
âThatâs part of the problem,â the mechanic said. âYou need to lift the radiator cap and drive another car under it. Then you can replace the radiator cap, and it should solve your problem.â
Right now its a lot of âhome grownâ tomatoes and cucumbers. Later there will be corn, muscudines, apples etc. Further west (and higher elevations) you go the sooner you see the apples etc.

A little sight seeing never hurt anyone. My parents always took the scenic route. I think my father hated the highways.
