The newest roadblock for me to move forward in exploring a new home is finding someone to “engineer” my home idea. I contacted a container sales company in Sacramento and he wouldn’t even talk to me about potential costs for some of the modifications i would like done without “engineering specifications”, or something like that. Dog only knows how much its going to cost me to to have someone draft me plans for the home.
I’m quickly being $-nit-picked out of this happening.
