Good morning Happy x3!!! Sounds like a busy day in all. Maintenance is a must on vehicles. I hope the cost is moderate. Take care and be well. Peace. :)
Mechanic couldn’t tell for certain if the bearings are going. It might be moving a bit, and he is too deaf to hear what i’m hearing, so the plan is to check it again next time i have the car in the shop. Otherwise, bring it back if the rubbing sound gets worse.
He also pointed out that i was showing wear bar on the front tires, so i went to a tire shop and got new rubber for the front.
Total spent yesterday, for oil change and two new tires, a little less than $250.
Next, the van. Gots’ta get the compressor fixed/replaced.
Good morning Happy x3!!! Tires may have caused the problem that you stated. Could be an electrical problem with the clutch on Compressor,{bad ground} or a switching relay; {fuseable link?}. Peace.
Checked the fuses. Everything is good there.
As for all the other stuff, i’ll have to let a dealership mechanic look at it. It’s in a space that i’m not comfortable getting into. And, i just don’t have the tools to start shooting wiring.
I have an appointment to take it in to have it looked at. Tuesday.
