“His neck is broken in ten places, but he’ll recover.” ?!? Cartoon characters are surely much tougher than real people!
I noticed the plant growing in the left corner – typical Herriman gag, this early.
Needs more magnification.
still don’t know how anyone can read this comic. when i magnify large enough to read,it’s to blurry. bummer
Need to print the text to accompany the comic.
Archie looks a lot like Buster Brown and the dog is the spitting image of Tige.
Darn that cat! Early Krazy causing trouble.
What is that gray square in the middle of the comic for? The one with a small circle with a short line sticking out at the 4:30 position in the middle. I thought at first that it meant “click here for a higher-resolution image.”
@ aunt granny: That’s a magnifying glass icon. As oldwolf1951 points out, it enlarges the comic but doesn’t improve the resolution.
@ Reynard61: That’s what I thought when I first saw it, but neither clicking nor double clicking does anything. Does one wave a dead chicken?
