Same way with heat. After 110 it’s just HOT! Even if it is a dry heat. The same way that is a DRY cold.
What gets me is the fact that most won’t wear some type of hat to keep their head warm. Extremity warm isn’t especially key, it is CRITICAL. keep yourHands, Head and Feet warm and you’ll be fine.
