Poncho: If he's unable to deliver mail, we should let him return to the head mail office. There, he'll breed, and infect future generations with his defect! All mail delivery will be wiped out! Hudson: No, we're going to re-teach him how to deliver mail. Poncho: Dang it!

Door-to-door delivery in Canada is being phased out over the next 5 years. Maybe this guy was in the first round of layoffs. If you guys are gong to retrain him, it might as well be for a job with a future!

Shouldn’t getting him some footwear be a bigger concern? If he loses his feet to frostbite, he won’t be walking anywhere without prosthetics.
