Dade City, FL has a kumquat festival every January. I bought one of their kumquat cook books they sold after a cooking contest during one festival. I’ve made kumquat bread. Very good.

Nelson, if you want a GREAT fruit try Calamondin! It makes great cakes, jams, tea cakes, etc. Once you try it you’ll be hooked for life!
