The perfect tenant!

Oh, I don’t know. I’m kind of a mutant, and I notice a distinct bias towards non-mutant humans vs our facially-challenged counterparts. I try not to express it, but it’s definitely there.

It’s never as easy as the instructions say.

Not your best work, Lio; but, luckily, some tenants aren’t too choosey. Birds of a feather… kind of thing.
