Best thing I ever did for myself. My neighbor, on our daily fast pasted “walk” through our community sold me on it. As I hobbled behind her, she turned and showed me two faint scars, one on each knee. She said she did it when she was 70 years old. She is now 101years old and has no use of a cane, walker, wheelchair, etc. and out-walks most folks half her age! Plus, she is as smart, reads without glasses, and has a great sense of humor. Go for it, Plugger.
