Love the ACCESS DENIED Screen.

Although lazy and unqualified Ed is a programmer and therefore thinks logically so he would have a problem being a managing VP. Logic and management tend to be exclusive.

@A Common ’taterIn the US a programmer writes code for programs, while an Engineer maybe skilled in code, but is educated in higher maths and electrical / Mech design depending on their particular degree.

Ed is just having a Peter Principle moment.In most companies if he stays long enough or kisses the right behind he can get that VP job. Once he gets the VP job he will learn never make a decision or be attached to closely to a bad one.
