Ah, the old Cheshire Beagle trick!

Wonder whose dream this is – Linus’s or Snoopy’s?

That’s the Cheshire Cat in Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”.

Yeah, I’ve got “Alice in Wonderland” on my Kindle along with a bunch of other Lewis Carroll stuff (thanks for all the freebies, Project Gutenberg).

Man, this is good. How does Schulz get away with this stuff?

I still have (well loved and slightly battered) my grandmother’s original editions of Alice in Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass with the coloured Tenniel illustrations. When she is old enough (if I am still around), I will give them to my great-granddaughter.

That grin scared Linus!

No surprise to me that the Cheshire Cat learned that trick from Snoopy… that dog rules!

Somebody slipped LSD into Linus’s breakfast cereal…

Well! I’ve often seen a dog without a grin, but a grin without a dog! It’s the most curious thing I ever saw in all my life!
