Sorry Carmen, but Pluto is well out of the main orbital plane of the other eight. It also co-orbits its largest satellite Charon. At most, it is a dwarf planet (planetoid) or merely a Kuiper Belt Object.
People (even scientists) keep forgetting that scientific data are continually changing as technology improves analysis techniques. I learned Electronics with vacuum tube tech & the newest tech looks like magic. The next few decades will be interesting.
