I don’t want pizza, I want to keep Saturday delivery!

Well, maybe it’s in Israel they don’t deliver mail AND pizza on Saturday.

Since when?

It hasn’t happened yet. The Postal Service has this under consideration. They think that they need to cut services to save money. While that will work, it would be better to look inwards. How much supervision does a carrier really need. Cut some middle management to save money.

But, then again, I could easily get by without Saturday delivery. Look in all directions.

In Canada we don’t get Saturday delivery. And if there’s an idiot Monday “holiday” that’s 3 days with no mail. I don’t think they ought to suspend delivery for 2 or 3 days. Take Wednesdays off instead of Saturdays and if a holiday doesn’t really fall on a Monday have delivery! These made up Monday “holidays” are stupid.

It is a huge waste of gas and personnel to deliver junk mail 6 days a week.

If they were considering doing away with Saturday pizza delivery, that would be cause for panic.
