I’m just hearing about that earthquake on Good Morning America. It was centered right there in La Habra. I grew up in Fullerton and went all through school there. We are going down there in a couple of weeks so please turn off the earthquakes – okay?
@EldoTechnically the heart of Kansas City’s jazz district was 18th and Vine (although I’m sure plenty of crazy little women were at 12th…….) The American Jazz Museum and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (in the 18th and Vine district) are well worth a visit if any of the Cappers ever come to Kansas City.

That glowing growth on my side had me worried that I might not be of this Earth.-Yeah, it was about a single dad, his little boy and girl and of course, their man Friday, Mr. French. Lotts of cuteness and some drama, I believe. Some funny bits too. Bin ferever since I seen it. Sometimes you watch something that’s in between a couple you really want to see, to pass the time… or just to kill a half hour. That one fell in that category.-Warm for a good spell and then cooler, more windy. Snowed lightly last night and was below freezing this morning. Brite ‘n sunny but cold wind. The car still hasn’t leaked and the temp gauge reads right where it should.I bet you look good in a wet “Tee” ! ……….. I’m as shocked as he is !-Nah ! We send our scruffy weather to Buffalo. -A super silly Saturday….and Joe and I will be going to see Barb and the boys tomorrow night at a coffee shop in Louisville._________________________________________________Have you tried looking for full episodes of it on Youtube? You might not have much luck though because once I was planning to catch up on all of the “Only Fools & Horses” sitcom episodes after not watching them for years but there are only clips of the episodes now. The full episodes got taken down. I left it too late.-I prefer the freezing weather over hot weather. It won’t be long before my Hay Fever starts up again. It’s mild but it can get very uncomfortable as the back of my throat is always irritated. I’m glad I said something about it when I had my next appointment. -Hope you and Joe enjoy seeing ‘Buckaroos’ perform again. When did you last go to see them?-A super silly Saturday back to you!
Zoos:.I don’t know about zoos in the US but our nearest large zoo in the UK has ample room for animals, so much so that you can hardly see them sometimes. Asian zoos leave a lot to be desired and one I went to (in Thailand) had a drugged performing bear. In Beijing I saw two very aged pandas, who looked like they were hardly ever fed..I think that zoos have their (positive) uses but only if the amimals are treated according to their natural habitat. Some zoos are nothing more than small cages containing large animals but the majority are well regulated in enlightened countries.

Sea World-type “entertainments” are immoral and unethical. They mistreat animals for human entertainment. All zoos and suchlike should be banned.
