Peripheral vision shouldn’t require a treatment. It’s not a disease but a normal part of our vision. Lack of peripheral vision would require treatment. Which is what this poor fellow seems to suffer from.
This reminds me of my first trip to NYC. I walked past the Empire State Building about six times trying to find it. It didn’t occur to me that you couldn’t see the top from the sidewalk.
