It would be interesting if this strip actually started featuring stories that took place in the past — and I don’t mean like Walt and the water pitcher of youth. I can’t think of any daily comics that take place in the early 20th century. This strip has great art and could really bring it to life.
This is a great arc. The shots from the past are a lot like the originals (you can get 5 vol.s at Amazon covering the twenties). This is a fantastic strip. I only pray that Walt & Skeezix last as long as I do!
That would be excellent. There are an awful lot of people who’ve never seen it (unless they’ve watched the movie from the early 90’s, which I admittedly never have). This would be the perfect venue for it. Thanks for the heads-up.
