As PC as this cartoon is, it is obvious to even the most casual of observers that the artist is presenting this (and possibly the cartoonists other cartoons) with no conviction for truth.
Obviously an artist not worth considering.
P.S. The Somali’s are primarily Black - not - “quite… not!”
