Does “etc” include microwaved? Because if it does that pretty much just leaves “raw”.

Flipping is fine, just as long as it doesn’t end up on the ceiling or on your head …

That depends on whether you like your omelettes cooked on both sides. I put the pan under the grill for a short time to alleviate flipping.
