any business worth working at would never just fire someone for no reason. The cost associated with training a replacement would cost more in the long run and down sizing would cost customers.
Of course this is a comic and not the real world.

About four weeks…I know after managing a restaurant like that, there is so much more than fries with that.
Well unless you don’t want to follow the legal codes and violate all kinds of health codes then it is pretty easy.
