Crevettes de Mataneā¦great for making potted shrimp because they are soooo tiny you donāt have to chop them.

I remember opening a box of dried rice and noodles and finding the smallest shrimp I had ever seen..I wondered if I had purchased a box of āSea Monkeyāsā by mistake..
