…it sounds like Phoebe’s parents are confident enough of their child rearing abilities that they know Phoebe’s “anything I want” will not involve serious injury, death, or the police…I think more kids should have a lot more unscheduled time to do ‘anything they want’ (as long as it does not involve video games – kick ’em outside)…
