Seems like the problem I’ve got. Bought a house last summer with a really pretty and large flower bed. Until something blooms, I’m not sure if it is a weed or something desirable, so am not sure what to remove.
This week, I took a picture on the way home of some blooming Bleeding Hearts. Mom always had them in the back of the back yard, right next to the compost heap of garden trimmings. She called them weeds. .and she made sure to transplant them to the new house. And to the next new house. :).

Nothing a few million locusts can’t take care of.
