Doesn’t diabetes tend to be hereditary? Papi is diabetic, so maybe Baldo should take better care of himself.

Don’t listen to what mama says, Not a word, not a word mama says, Or else you’ll find yourself being the rival. The great Lord before he died Knelt sinners by his side, And he said “You’re going to realize, Tomorrow…” – Freddie Mercury, “King Rat”
The road to excess leads to the palace of wisdom. – William Blake, “The Marriage of Heaven and Hell”
Let me play the fool! With mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come And let my liver rather heat with wine Than my heart cool with mortifying groans. – William Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice
Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, Old Time is still a-flying: And this same flower that smiles to-day To-morrow will be dying. – Robert Herrick, “To the Virgins, to make much of Time”
Moderation in all things…including moderation.

We are all constantly bombarded with studies and commentary about how everything we do (drinking too much coffee/alcohol, not enough, etc) is wrong. I know I’ve stopped listening to it and just try to keep a healthy medium. Which does include hamburgers, messiness, and TV, but also veggies, reading and lots of exercise.
Sometimes, it’s nice to get away from the pressure of all the messages that are contradictory and cause a lot of stress in themselves.
Cinnamon is supposed to be good for you and is very tasty. Good idea, I will try to remember to have as much as I can.
