Sadly they are both in violation of the local peddling ordinances. I once attempted to get a peddling license to setup a cotton candy machine or run a good humor bicycle near family friendly events. You would think I was trying to get a license to operate a van that said “free candy” on the side. Free market, my backside.
That’s true. You can’t sell lemonade like that anymore. At least not where I live. For cartoonists, that’s quite a blow to our annual income stream.
