Unfortunately, that dog yaps-lock key is right next to the dog shift.
My neighbor has 3 that yelp..But my new dog whistle takes care on that.
That dog lives next door to me.

I have a cat with that problem. Some times it will start meowing non stop. It sounds like a car alarm going off.
