i saw a place on a road trip last fall that had a climbing wall on the outside of a building that sold outdoor athletic equipment including climbing gear
I think I’d like working there. I trained at high angle rescuing when I was with the fire department and we got to practice rappelling down a 6 story building. Talk about exhilarating. Most of the guys enjoyed that part the best. The staff frowned upon us doing it “suicide-style” facing downward instead of up as you rappelled, but they usually looked the other way when we’d do it.

You have to muscle your way to the top in that company. Gives a whole new meaning to climbing the corporate ladder.

REI’s usually feature a climbing wall, but my local one won’t let anyone use it.
