Another clever one. Reminds me of Georgie Jessel’s old joke. He sent his mother a talking bird, which she promptly cooked and served to her family. The routine was done over an imaginery phone and one only heard Jessel’s lines. When informed that the bird was eated, he asks how she could have cooked a talking bird. After her next response, Jessel says, He should have said something?
