You’re right, most of the images don’t look like what I remember as sheep sorrel. The stuff I remember was also called, “sheep sour.” When you search that you’ll come up with some different images. I think this one is close to what I recall, but it’s been a few years.

That’s not clover in the bucket - it’s yellow & I know fresh clover is green or goes brown if dried for hay.
